FAQ's

1)  What if my item is damaged upon receipt?

A-Please message me if you received your item damaged.  I carefully pack each item for shipment.  Small tears or broken petals may occur. Just as real flowers come with imperfections they are still beautiful.  If the damage is extreme I will, of course, repair your piece.

In the event that the package is damaged during shipment, please contact me within 48 hours.  Photos of the damage to packaging and to the piece need to be taken so that we can work together to file an insurance claim with the carrier.  Remember to keep the box, all packaging materials and contents together so that it can be inspected.

 2)  How long before I get my order?

A-If you have selected a piece from the inventory available it will ship within 24-36 hrs. If you are having a custom order made, depending on size, it will take approximately 2-3 weeks.  

3)  Do you allow returns?

A-I do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
